Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing on the next business day.

Currently, Capriena ships within the United States.
We plan to expand internationally in the future.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Natural disasters
- Incorrect shipping information
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee package recovery.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if the package is returned.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Capriena is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you experience an issue, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in filing a carrier claim.
