At Capriena, every handbag is handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, including the dust bag, tags, and protective materials.
Show no signs of wear, scratches, stains, odors, perfume, makeup, or alterations.
Be returned in the original shipping box or equivalent protective packaging.

Capriena reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Final sale or clearance items
Products purchased during promotional events marked as non-returnable
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we shipped the incorrect product:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Capriena is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
